Attribute highlighting
Highlight the work package status, priority and finish date based on their values. See right away which tasks require your attention.
You can highlight either the entire row of the work package list or only highlight the selected criteria with a custom color. Overdue work packages are marked in red. Tasks due at the same day are marked orange.

Full text search for work package attachments
Quickly find work package attachments based on their file name or their content within the file - using full text search.
Simply apply the Attachment filter in the filter section of work packages and search for frequently used files (e.g. Text files, PDF, Excel files, Word, Libre office,…) and the content of those files.
Configure work package forms
In the work package forms, the attributes are combined into separate groups (e.g. Details, People, Estimates & Time). Depending on the use case the default groups and attributes may not always be the best fit. Use work package forms to customize the attributes shown for each type.

Multi-select custom fields
With custom fields you can create your own custom attributes. In many cases you may want to assign more than one custom value to a work package.
Multi-select custom fields allow you to set and filter for multiple values at once (either for custom field type List or of type User).
On the work package which uses the custom field, simply assign one or multiple values to the work package. The multi-select option allows you to select several options at once.
Relations in the work package list
When planning a release or finalizing features it is often helpful to get an overview of the different relations and dependencies. Adding relation columns directly to the work package list gives you an overview of the relations for all displayed work packages.
The column will display a number of work packages that have a certain relation to the work package. By clicking on the number you can expand the list and see the work packages that have the specified type of relation with the work package.
You can either display the type of relation (e.g. blocked by, follows) or the type of work package that is related (e.g. Task, Milestone, Phase).
Attribute help texts
Attribute help texts allow you to specify descriptions for any work package attribute (including custom fields). Project members can display the description by simply clicking on the question mark shown next to the attribute.
